Important info: delays due to governments' corona policies; US warehouse not effected

03-16-2020 update:
EU-based warehouse 1 was not able shipping a part of latest orders, unfortunately. Postal service closes. They refuse to accept parcels. All due to COVID-19.We will not be able shipping orders from warehouse 1 for a while.Preliminary, this pause will lasts about 2 weeks up to the end of March.
We will continue accepting orders, but you should take into account that orders will be shipped with delays. The delay is caused by a force majeure, which is absolutely beyond our control. We continue shipping as soon as possible.
Warehouse 2 still can not ship yet as well.
Currently only our US domestic warehouse is working without delays.

The good thing is that our promotion for both warehouses is still running and you can take advantage of it now. Promotions will most probably be rare in future.

Promo conditions for warehouse 1:
for $100 orders - free bonuses for the value 35$
for $200 orders - free bonuses for the value 80$
for $300 orders - free bonuses for the value 150$


Promo conditions for warehouse 2:

for $100 orders - free bonuses for the value 50$
for $200 orders - free bonuses for the value 100$

According to Chinese government only 1/3 of businesses/factories/facilities are currently operational. They promise to increase this value up to 90% by the end of March.
Based on this info we can suppose that in the very worst case we can start shipping by the end of March, but there are good reasons to think we will be able shipping within next 1-2 weeks.
Warehouse 1 and US domestic are working normally.

Update for all customers of warehouse 2.
It looks like due to coming Chinese New Year services stop working even earlier than we expected. We confirm pending orders and tomorrow will be the last shipping before holidays starts. All further orders confirmed starting from tomorrow will be shipped in the very beginning of February.
This is only about orders placed from warehouse 2. Warehouses 1 and US domestic are not influenced.

Warning:
Since we are still using and packing orders at warehouse 2 until we sell out our left stock at W2, we are still influenced by coming Spring Festival (so-called Chinese New Year) in China. Officially it takes place starting from Friday, 24 January to Thursday , 30 January. Shipping services will not work during this period.
For this reason orders placed from warehouse 2 ONLY (warehouse 1 is not influenced as well as US domestic warehouse) will be shipped on January 20th last time before holidays. We will continue accepting orders (so far still at older prices without price increase) during the Spring festival, but all of them will be shipped roughly on 4th of 5th of February only.
Chinese New Year will delay processing of orders from warehouse 2. Please take it into account!

Brief update regarding current situation with shipping.
Warehouse 1 and US domestic are running in normal operational mode.
Warehouse 2 is not working yet.

Apparently packages shipped on January 20th did not manage to leave origin country, unfortunately. All due to holidays, but we warned about possible delays from W2 in advance.
Many customers ask, when we ship pending orders from W2.

I actually did not want to mention it to avoid any senseless and unnecessary panic. We had to start working on 5th, but due to situation with coronavirus government extended holidays till 10th. We should start on 10th of February. Earlier shipping is just not possible.
Replying to probably arising question I want to note in advance that virus is not dangerous for receivers. It can survive on surfaces only within a few hours (official info as per WHO). Even if a package was hypothetically infected, virus would die after a few hours. Packages are many days on the way. So it is safe to receive it. Besides that we are located really faraway from the infected regions.

Next update regarding situation with warehouse W2.
It had to start working on 5th, but due to situation with coronavirus government extended holidays till 10th. And now government extended pause till 17th for the same reason. So, we do not have opportunity to ship orders right now. It is not not a regular situation, but force major, which happened for the first time for all the time we work. We are doing our best, but not much depends on us . Hopefully we manage to ship before 17th.

EDIT to add clarification this is NOT a promo, it is for already p;laced orders that have been delayed due to the extreme circumstances.

This is for existing orders that have been delayed because of the holiday and then virus issues.
after all, how can an order that does NOT yet exist be part of a generous offer intended to show kindness to those that got unexpectedly delayed an extended extra time because of the holiday followed by the coronovirus outbreak.
For instance, the phrases "if your order was" and "waiting all this time" are past-tense (imply existing orders that have been waiting to ship).
How would someone be showing patients and waiting all this time for an order that does not even yet exist?
 
Folks today we were still not able to process orders. But there are good reasons to think everything will normalize within 2-3 days. We are checking situation daily. More updates should be coming soon.
As promised earlier, we will provide from $50 to $100 store credits to all customers from W2 who suffered because of this delay.

Order should be covered by your balance and confirmed automatically if it`s total is within your balance value.

2020.05.18 Update from Announcement sticky:

We have just uploaded 500+ tracking numbers for orders placed by customers all over the world except the USA, Italy and Taiwan. There are still delays with shipping to these countries from warehouse 2. We are checking situation daily and ship all as soon as possible. Situation should get better within days.
Tracking number were uploaded both to our site into order details and our system also sent email notifications. Don`t forget checking your spam folders.
Once we have more news, we announce all.
