ok so i worked out last sunday and yesterday (sunday i did push and mon i did pull) and well i did that bc i was suppose to work wed-fri(hanging drywall) but now i dont have to work until friday. so how should i do my training? should i do legs today or tomorrow or thursday or should i do this?
