ok so i worked out last sunday and yesterday (sunday i did push and mon i did pull) and well i did that bc i was suppose to work wed-fri(hanging drywall) but now i dont have to work until friday. so how should i do my training? should i do legs today or tomorrow or thursday or should i do this?

sunday: push
mon. pull
tues legs
wed. off
thurs. upper

??
 
lift then go to work like the rest of us do.
 
take today off and do legs tomorrow. 3 days in a row training is not good.

Anyhow, he has a point about your CNS, but as long as you rest sufficiently after the 3 days it shouldn't be a problem. You have football in what? 4-5 days? After working out tomorrow I'd unload, and take a day or 2 off a lifting to let your CNS recover, but make sure to run. Football is hell on the CNS and back. Well, fuck...the whole body.
