increasing calories

Once i figure out what my maintenance calorie level is, if i want to bulk what should i increase carbs, protein or fats? or all of them?
 
You should do a balance increase. So if you want to raise your cals by 200 calories a day. Balance that out to equal portions. However, this is taking into count that you are doing a basic bulk diet of 40/40/20. If your ratios are different then accomodate to what you are bulking at.

My point being, don't just inscrease your Protein increase your Protein, Carbs and Fats.
