Hi guys.
I have a bit of a problem with deadlifting - i'm blessed (or perhaps not) with long arms and legs.
When i deadlift - i find it difficult to incorporate my legs to maximum effect, it's hard for me to get my thighs paralell to the floor to start the lift, and my hips seem to shoot forward too early, making the majority of the lift lower back.
Heres a video from easter when i pulled 200kg to show you what i mean;
YouTube - 200kg Deadlift
I think it might partly be a flexibility issue - but are there any other things i can do to aid my leg drive to save my lower back unnecessary stress?
Cheers
