inflammed tendon in my shoulder the one that lets us do lateral raises

i went to the hosp as it 1st happened while i was not training i was away for a week and woke up around 3 mornings into the week away with quite alot of pain and was unable to move/rotate my shoulder the pain lasted around a day or 2 , got home trained a couple of times then woke up with the pain back again went to hosp xray showed the joint was fine the doc gave a medical diag that my tendon is inflammed she said to rest it for a week at least and gave me diclafenac and wen i start to train the shoulder again start off with light wieghts im 12 st now and was 9 im kinda depressed that ive gained what i have and this to happen ive read threads about the deca and been told

is my shoulder going to heel or am i f....d
 
im wanting some advise on my shoulder as im really worried about the future its really really sore when i move it

if i use deca will it make the tendon worse or not any advise at all is aprec thanks
 
Get a proper diagonisis. You need an MRI.

Find an orthopedic surgeon, that specializes in shoulders.

Find a good therapist.

Deca won't do shit, if you have a mechanical problem, it will just reoccur. So find the source of the problem.

This ^^^^.Dont push it in the gym.The last thing you want to do is make it worse.I did the same thing 3 years ago.It wasnt even as bad sounding as yours and i pushed through it.Long story short..I was out of the gym for 18 months.
