Injecting

I have heard that you can inject into any muscle head. Has anyone ever heard this before? I was thinking about injecting into the pec. I have injected into the Bis and it hurts like hell!

That is a good site.
Yes you can inject in your pecs. One of the best places is the ventrogluteal site. Here is a picture.

I've had bad luck with pecs, especially with more than 1 mL of oil. Sometimes they gush blood. I think it is unwise to use pecs for oil. Glute, side of the quad, and ventrogluteal are all great choices. Delts for small amounts of oil, too.

Oil based test - glute & side of quads - rotate injection sites ... watch out for red, hot spots after.

Winnie/or other water based - smaller muscle groups are OK - you need to use them for more frequent injections. I stick to delts, bi's
