LAM I know where the heart is. I just think its creepy to inject in the area. I just keep imagining the needle going in too deep and going through my chest into where my heart is. I know that is probably impossible. I would have to inject into my outer pec since that is where I am thickest as well like Mudge.

Mudge, just curious, why don't you do pec injections? I was thinking about throwing them into the mix because they seem way easy compared to glutes (not much flexibility, glutes are always a pain in the ass to do solo for me)

My ass feels better today but it still a tiny bit sore. I probably just hit the wrong spot since it was the fist time I've ever done an ass shot. I'll give it another try today and hope it comes out okay.

Pec shots are still my favorite. No way can a 1" or 1.5" needle make it all the way to your heart. That's never even worried me. Plus, for most people who work out, your chest will be pretty damn muscular. I don't even stick my 1.5" in all the way. No need to. After almost 1" I'm in there pretty good. Not much fat to have to get through, you know?
