so, do I just continue my usual routine minus the leg day, or do I revamp the routine and focus more on the upper body while I am healing?

I have been using a 4 day split, chest/tri, back, rest, legs, shoulders/bi, rest, rest but if I leave out the leg day, is that too much rest perhaps? Should I work out more on the upper body to compensate for loss of routine for the legs, or just screw it and leave everything alone till it heals? I know my leg work will suffer when it gets better, but will any other parts suffer as well without the leg work, or should I keep at my current pace for the other parts?

Like I don't want to lose 10 pounds on my bench since I am not doing my legs for a while, know what I mean?

ouch!

if i were you id take a break until everything is back to normal.. sure, you will probably see a slight decrease , but with muscle memory you'll be back to your old stats in no time..

I would just give it a week or two to heal somewhat without lifting, then just go real light for a few weeks and leave out leg work until its healed completely.
