I've recently sprained my wrist and won't be able to train for at least a month (and thats just lifting, let alone going heavy).
I won't be able to obviously train anything on the upper body like presses or curls/extensions etc. I was wondering what I can do to halt my weight loss. My only ideas were to keep up my high calories and keep running creatine to retain muscle, but will this just make me fat due to not exercising? Im not really a fat lad and am a relatively defined 14.5 stone so naturally do not carry alot of fat.

For better or worse I would probably just find a way to train my whole body. Machines are the first thing that would come to mind. Quite a few don't require the use of hands. Some pec-decks, lat raise machines. Perhaps you can even find a way to do extensions and curls depending on where you hurt your wrist. Don't know about your arm, but mine is long. Plenty of room to apply torque. I might even try to find a way to work lats. It is up to you how much trouble you want to go through and how concerned you are about your upper body atrophy in the off period.

A couple weeks I would say just take a break. But a month+ is getting on up there.

Other considerations for maintaining muscle mass, keep testosterone levels high. In the absence of anabolics, I would probably use E HCl or clen as an anti-catabolic.
