Ok, I know to apply warm moist heat to my elbow before working out (tendonitis) and to ice it immediately following the w/o. My question is I usually shower about 20 min after working out, should I not take a hot or warm shower?
The worst thing for my elbow is heat after a w/o and here I am taking a hot shower. Never thought about it before. Just wondering what people's thoughts are on this.
