The past few days I've had a dull pain in my elbow, but it was at its worse at night. Now it's stretched from my elbow to right below my arm pit. I just ended my cycle so I'm starting my pct which sucks bc it looks like the gains will drain away. Main thing is rest bc if it is what I think it could be, (bicep tare or strain) hopefully its nothing major. There is no swelling or bruising Or even a knot anywhere so who knows.
 
If it were me, I'd take it easy on that arm and train around it. I'd also take some ibuprofen (600 mg) every 4-6 hours for a couple days and ice it at least a couple times a day for 20 minutes, especially after a workout.
