I'm just wondering when doing an intensive cardio workout for cutting, approximately how many calories should you be aiming to burn for that single session only?
i go by the 'run till ya legs can't run no more rule'
then i collapse in the changing rooms sweating my ass off and i know i couldn't burn anymore cals if i tried because my body already is burning at max capacity
if i still had enough energy to burn more i would, just burn as much as you can in 20-30 mins
Well I'm 5'9 160lbs, I'm eating 6 meals a day tyring to get in about 2000-2500 calories a day. I mean for a sufficient workout, would burning off 100-200 calories on the bikes and steppers be effective?
