read these forums a lot so i decided to join
they call me the curse
i lift and exercise a lot, always looking for new stuff to try and new info
i started at
6'1
155 pounds
weak and skinny, 25 yrs old
classic ectomorph physique
now im at
6'1 (darn cant seem to get that number up)
195 pounds
much buffer 29 yrs old
im trying to get to
6'3
consistently over 200
even buffer 25 yrs old
ok so i cant grow taller or get younger
, but always trying to improve.
my biggest problem these days is my low back, which seems to always be in pain or not 100%. tried a lot of stuff for it, i think im going to try some yoga classes next, i heard there's chicks in there
so before i go on
