I guess I should introduce myself here since I joined up and all. Well I been lifting for five year, since my second year of high school because I was looking for something to do after school and it just stuck with me. I never had to worry about building size since I was already pritty large but getting the body fat down has always been a problem for me. Anyone knowing of any way of quickly and safely ruduce body fat % let me know. Also any training hints for the upper back and shoulders would be nice as well, haven't made any gains there for a few months. Guess that it for me.
