Iron Mag doesn't allow members to advertise another bodybuilding Site here. You should understand why. If you don't then your not to intelligent.
Now if you want to post someone's routine, I would see no problems with that. but don't put up another bodybuilding site to go to. Just put up the routine if you like.

If you don't think you can learn on this board, obviously you haven't looked around much. Stop whining and start asking questions. Whether or not you like his vulgar language is, I'm sure, extremely important to him and the rest of the members of this board. Why not fulfill your original promise in post #2?
