A MUST READ!!!

Let's be honest; we all see things that really annoy us. There's the "Loud Mouths," the guys who sport their book knowledge on everyone with such things as templates. Next are the personal trainer's who are under the false assumption they invented some new form of "training or diet". Well let's set the record straight!!! I have been training for 30 years and I haven't seen a NEW program in 20 years. I don't care who it's from!!! I learned about low carb, higher volume-drop sets from Vince Gronda and the Cybergenics program. I built my 3 day a week-low volume techniques from Mike Mentzer, etc. I hate this kind of Hogwash!!! My close friend was involved with the US Olympic training center in the early 80s and guess what? "they knew about all these so called secrets BLAH." It is all, every bit of it, "REHASH"!!! When another person claims that someone else stole their training or diet methods I can assure you it's nothing more than "Envy"!!! :lame: The only thing that sets the IRON MAN HIT apart from other programs is how it's structured.

I've read a lot of articles concerning "Genetic Limitations". While there's no down playing the role of genetics and muscle building, many have significantly altered their genetic predisposition by using the entire 18 WEEK IRON MAN "MACROCYCLE". I have spent 25 years of my life developing this "Scientific Approach" to building muscle mass and strength. I have witnessed bodybuilders of both genders who could not make any further progress, until they started using these training methods as a whole. Why??? Because my program is built around the MACDADDY Laws of training.

NOTE: If you leave an ingredient out of a recipe, then you've messed up the outcome of the recipe. The same scenario applies to the IRON MAN program. To get the full-effect you must follow each phase as I have it listed. There are numerous training philosophies in the "Bodybuilding Community." From Magazines, Books, to Videos and On-Line Personal Trainers. Some systems are for hard-gainers, others for easy gainers, etc, etc. :blah: :blah: :blah: Even if you had the time to persue all of them and possessed adequate training knowledge to make informed decisions, uncertainty as to which "Bodybuilding System" is best can still paralze you. My Bodybuilding theories have been condensed into a Science consisting of (OVERLOAD)-(REVERSIBILITY)-(SPECIFICITY). Everything else is just "concepts that can be subordinated to them." In doing this I have been able to take the quess work out of the equation and put peoples mind's at ease, because they soon realize the IRON MAN training phases have always been the most productive and popular Training System known to man-kind!!!

Now keep in Mind that the IRONMAN "HIT" contains a level of Information that covers the Beginner, Top Amateur to Pro Level. It's no secret that the best bodybuilders in the world have used (straight-sets) (rest-pause) and (drop-sets) to reach "Freak Status." Yes people this program has levels upon levels within it for those who know how to utilize and build off of it correctly. You will NEVER have to supplement the "IRON MAN SYSTEM" with another "TRAINING SYSTEM" inorder to reach your full bodybuilding potential!!! And even though it may look like a long read to some, I Strongly Recommend that one does so if he or she plans to get the best out of what they are trying to put in and accomplish no matter what their goal in bodybuilding may be.

We as people have more similarities than you may think. For e.g.; if you took a random survey and gave 1000 bodybuilders (1 gram of "TESTOSTERONE"), I'll betcha that all of them would experience some significant muscle growth, because it has been proven that testosterone increases protein synthesis. This same scenario applys to those using a weight training program such as the IRON MAN "HIT" that has a proven track record to work for everyone!!!

"SIMILARITIES"

(1) Our bodies have Chemical Action/Reaction periods that must be over come with the proper use of anabolics before anabolism and catabolism reach an even plane. (2) Every bodybuilder has 3-subcategories of type-2 fibers that must be trained inorder to reach ones full genetic potential. (3) Each of us as individuals have a "BMR" that must be manipulated if further gains or losses in muscular body weight are to occur. (4) Only when we arrange our training phases into Macro-Meso-and Micro cycles do we allow enough time between workouts for the CNS to recuperate so our muscles can fully recover.(5) Inorder to make further gains in strength-muscle mass, you must exercise against a resistance greater than that "normally" encountered. (6). With improved recovery abilities, our bodies become a different body, so the adaptation mechanisms change. (7) There must be a period of (low or no training intensity) following periods of high-intensity training. (8) The Muscle and CNS cannot be trained as a seperate identity. (9) Even if the training load is specific to the desired outcome and we make some progresses overtime, adaptation occurs and we hit a plateau. (10) We must change the nature of the workload every 3 weeks not just the amount if we want to avoid homeostasis. (11) Everyone must find the exercises that feel good to them as an individual so they can pour it on until muscular failure occurs. These exercises must also be have leverage-advantageous movements where they can push or pull for long periods of time without bringing forth pain/injury.

Editors Note: Each of the observations about human similarities makes reference to only 3 training principles: (Overload)-(Specificity)-(Reversibility). These 3 training principles are the secret to finding your way out of the trench.

Imagine if researchers had to design a different medication for every person regardless of the problem they were suffering from????? Wow think of the expense!!!!! No wonder so many books have been written throughout the years by the bodybuilding community. Some are still under the false impression that we as human beings are unique with special needs. Luckily for us, doctors do not have to do this because biologically we are extremely similar in nature. Now if the above scenario was not true, then testing new drugs on groups of people for common results and side effects would be a complete waste of time. The same principle applies to a Bodybuilding System that has been known to work for a large number of people over a lengthy period of time.

NOTE: Many bodybuilders who have given the IRON MAN TRAINING SYSTEM an honest effort, made faster progress than ever before. Keep in mind that "EXERCISE SELECTION" N "DIET" will be the only things needed to be adjusted to accomodate your individual needs. This program is as good as it gets!!!

Hard Gainers System???

It takes the proper-"high intensity weight training" to promote muscle growth for everyone, not just a select few. The time it takes for the muscle re-building process to take place will be the same for everyone, not just a select few. Ever notice how some bodybuilding articles contradict by stating such things as: (Dorian Yates is a genetic freak and that's why he is able to grow on a low volume routine). Then these same writers will turn right around and say (Ronnie Coleman is a genetic freak and that's why he is able to grow on a high volume routine).

The truth is Mesomorphs, Ectomorphs, and Endomorphs, recover at the same rate due to the amount of intensity they are able to generate in their workouts.:thumb: A bodybuilder with "Big Muscles" will recovery at a faster rate than a Bodybuilder with much "Smaller Muscles". However, a bodybuilder with "Big Muscles" is capable of generating more intensity-(dictating the need for a longer recovery period).

On the other hand, a bodybuilder with "Smaller Muscles" will recover at a slower rate, than someone with "Bigger Muscles." But, the bodybuilder with "Smaller Muscles" is not capable of generating as much intensity as that of a bodybuilder with the "Bigger Muscles"- (dictating a lesser recovery period).

NOTE: The body adapts as we continue to grow in size and strength. The difference in intensity levels that can be generated by each Somatotype closes the recovery gap for all bodybuilders whether they have (Small or Large Muscles)!!!!!!!!

"Recovery Factors"

The ADVANTAGE of the IRON MAN (18 WEEK TRAINING CYCLE) is the fact that if adhered to properly, the muscles will have no choice but to recover and grow. As stated before, the 3 day a week split will stimulate muscle mass/strength like nothing else because of the forced recuperation time. It's no secret that adding more weight on every lift is a sure-fire way to increase total lean body mass. Almost everyone when first starting out lifting weights uses a 3 day per week split. They grow at a phenomenal rate for about 12 weeks but then the gains stop. Because some feel the gains where so great using the 3 day a week approach, they begin to try and lift heavier weights while using the same program for extended periods of time. They put continued pressure on themselves to try and beat personal records in hopes it will some how further their muscle mass. Unfortunately most end up with nothing more than chronic injuries as a result because no one can train the same way for an extended period of time and keep making gains.

The intelligent trainers switch over to higher volume-"Lower Intensity" training while the less fortunate keep believing that LESS is always MORE!!! However, the next mistake comes into play by the trainers who have switched over to using the High Volume Approach. Many become overwhelmed with their newly found size and conditioning after having used the volume training for about 6 weeks. So these individuals begin to reason with themselves thinking more must always be done from that point on and this takes the form of more sets-reps, exercises, intensity, training days, etc. Some are in constant search for the latest routines that will allow them to shock their muscle even further, but all this does is promote injury and kills the CNS totally.

Editors Note: Sad but true, how each training style-(High Volume/Low Volume) produces growth plateaus and chronic injuries when not cycled in the proper manner. As with most endeavors, you do not achieve success haphazardly. But after many years ( Bodybuilders proved beyond a reasonable doubt) that by combining the two systems-(High Volume/Low Volume), they worked synergistically with one another like nothing else. (Many bodybuilders cannot make the distinction between the obvious advantages offered by doing less work, less different work, more work, more different work, and then starting the whole process all over once again). This meant combining the two approaches, and being patient enough to hang in there. This is without a doubt the "BIG TRAINING SECRET" many Bodybuilders seek and yet so few find!!!

The IRON MAN "HIT" program is comprised of 3 stages. (1). The (ALARM STAGE)- stress caused by using standard straight sets. (2). The (RESISTANCE STAGE)- adaptation inorder to resist the added stress brought forth by rest-pause training. (3).The (EXHAUSTION STAGE)- forced to stop training because of mere exhaustion from using drop-sets .

NOTE: Oddly enough, the majority of Bodybuilders never discover how to properly train for Maximum Muscle Mass. This learning process can take a long time and just thinking about the time so many are wasting and the gains that COULD have been made, "has encouraged me to train others for free"!!!

"I want to give something back to the bodybuilding community that has been so good to me".:) There is not a better bodybuilding routine than the IRON MAN "HIT." Never mind what next months FLEX tells you to do. I guarantee this program will give you more size and strength than any other system on the market. And while a lot of people continue to "TALK" about what works and what doesn't according to this or that article, the IRONMAN "HIT" is being "LIVED OUT"(Manifesting)!!!
