irrational anger in the gym

this ever happen to you???


some stupid fucking roid head walked into my arm while im doing lateral raises last night and with ear buds in I may or may not have said really loudly "I'm gonna smash someones fucking face with a dumbell"

see this one guy is just a douche to everyone and he constantly looks like he's swelled up on dbol...and i just wanna smash his face or kick him down the stairs.
 
See if he's up for a squatting competition, good way to take out a lot of aggression and if you beat him he'll probably never show his face around there again.
 
just makes me aggravated..I de-rack all my stuff, wipe everything down, let people work in if they ask..I dont curl in the god damned squat rack
I'm constantly like the maid in there putting stuff away and locating bar collars/clamps...

I'm NICE/good gym etiquette why's the guy gotta be a dick and just walk into me.. :(

Definitely qualifies as one. But then you get kicked out of the gym instead of the moron that should have been kicked out. Beat him one on one and embarrass the shit out of him. Looking at Sherri's legs, I think she could out squat him.
 
I was trying to clean 315... I had gotten it the week before. I got it up but couldn't turn it... I had this uncontrollable fit. took off my belt threw it at the bar. of course the buckle swings up and hit the mirror and it shatters.
 
My biggest hatred is stupid fucks in the gym. The ass holes that take a 8 min rest between there Shitty sets. I used to give a shit too and maybe put aside the fact they're wasting my fucking time by taking so long, and help them out. Now fuck no. Just stare them down. Let nature run its course.
There used to be two ass clowns that would come in and make an attempt at lifting. They where pretty funny to watch but dumber than a box of dicks. One day they decide that they can squat 707lbs no problem. Dude tries, and just about kills himself but his buddies there to spot him and they finagle the weights back on the rack. Then said spotter takes off to go bs with someone. Well his buddy still felt confident that he could rep the weight, he barely gets it off the rack onto his shoulders and my friend and I just walked away. Dick move on our part? O yes. But I'm sure that guy learned a valuable lesson.
 
Oh and everyday I have to fight the urge to insist to people that they should probably kill themselves to make the world/gym a better place for me. But I do have some anger issues

our squat racks are like grand central. When I first joined this gym there was one squat rack and a smith. So I said something to the gym manager about mebbe getting another squat rack, they said there was..the smith..I said uhhh no thats not gonna do it...so they have suggestion boxes around the gym..so i asked everyone in the gym to suggest another squat rack and I would put 5 suggestions in 5 days a week for another one.

Few weeks later we got another one..nice rack too... can't get near either one of em half the time :(

My favorite is the guy that has all the 45 plates on the leg press machine. Even stacking plates in front of the top rack. Dude just do single leg press if you have to have all those plates.

Is it wrong for me to wish one of the plates falls in his lap??? Darn tren!!!
 
Between all the douchebaggery of the dudes, and all the hot ass tail in gyms for some reason I just don't frequent them at all.....oh yeah, because I don't like hearing some 280 lb guy yelling/grunting his ass off for 35 lb db's.
 
I gets lots of shitty treatment in the gym I've just learned to accept...I wear track pants that are just huge on me, loose shirts most of the time..look like a bum
so I don't get the hot chick treatment in the gym because its honestly annoying as hell but I don't look like I can move real weight either so I get shit on there too

I wish I still had all my equipment at home ...shit is a mint to replace
 
I know damn, I would love to have a home gym but that shit is high dollar these days. Maybe one day if I win the lottery I can set myself up.
 
I like doing the bar burn out.... Where you and your buds pump the bar to failure and then video the fool struggling to get a45lb bar off his chest. What's better I'd to invite some of the hot gym chicks over to watch your buddy squirm and squeak like a little girl. Classic!!
 
i listen to classical style music in the gym on pandora only thing that keeps me focused on the weights and not murdering people. I never been a fan of classic until lindsay sterling played on my dubstep channel and now thats all i listen to in the gym, its my Xanax if i listen to metal like i normally do then i would kill people...

I once had these high school kids a group of 6 hovering around a bench all taking turns db benching 40's. I was on incline with 140's and told them look watch where you walk, i have some serious weight. As I was hitting a set a dumb fuck bumps into me and makes me lose control of two 140lb dbs. There was no recovering so i tossed it towards them and was ready to beat the shit out of him. My spotter grabbed me FAST!!! I had PTSD flash back type pissed off. One of the vets went to the front to tell them these kids are about to be murdered and told them there fucking around and getting in peoples way and going to get some one hurt. They got kicked out.

Other thing that pisses me off is I go at 6pm and there is one squat rack. I have a group of guys that we all lift at 6pm so we all have our normal squat days so it doesnt interfere. I squat on mondays been doing it for 2 years now. Now i got these cross fit fags that get there at 5 30 and spend 2 hours circuit training between the squat rack and smith machine. So I bought a shirt that says no curls in the squat rack because thats what they are doing and i do DB squats right in front of them until there done. FUCKERS!!!

Another thing that drives me crazy well its a pro and con. But i take cialis pre workout and we have ALLOT of bikini competators that where basically thongs to the gym. There spandex but if they do one squat you see it all.. Not saying i hate it but FUCK come one I take cialis for a preworkout give me a break
