I bought my HMB from www.bulknutrition.com and was taking 1.5 grams in the morning and bedtime and 3 grams pre and post workout.
1 - 1.5g. morning
2 - 3g pre-workout
3 - 3g post-workout
4 - 1.5g bedtime
