Is it Gyno?

There is a hard lump in my left nipple. Is it gyno? I'm only 15, and have never done steroids, so I don't what else it could be, a side effect of puberty?

HAHA no seriously, my friend had things like this it was just plain weird. in both of his nipples he had thes like balls of hard. They went away over time.
