Which weight lifting exercize is it that if done to much will injure you ?

and at what poundage should i stop ?

I don't understand your question.

Are you talking behind the neck?

hmmm afraid to hear the answer.. I love both

If both are done properly, and weight is increased within a reasonable pace, there should be no problem (unless maybe you have a previous injury)... Just don't do either behind the neck...

It's bad technique with any exercise that hurts you, not the poundage. Like mentioned above, nothing should go behind your head.

there is really no dangerous exercise if you use light weights and dont try impressing people by lifting more than you can handle

Isn't this what 99% of the gym tough guys do?
