is it safe to use 1-AD, 4AD and Lipo 6 ?(PH's and fat burners))

Im about to start a cycle with 1AD,4AD and I want to burn some fat of some problem areas particularly my mid-section. I'd like to use Lipo 6 which so far apperas to be a great ephedra fat burner.



so, basically are prohormones safe to use with fat burners?
