I have been taking Accutane for a week now, and I am wondering if anyone Knows if it is a dangerous mix if I was to start back on M1T?

I see nothing wrong with working out on Accutane if you are hydrated, but accutane is hard on the liver and your cholesterol. I assume of course though you know this from the blood work your doctor is doing for you.

Adding in M1T is a quick way for your derm to probably take you off it next blood test.

It was damn near impossible for me to stay hydrated. I lips would literally BLEED all day long. I had to stop wearing contacts. I was told I had to stop playing soccer

Thanks guys i figured so.... is there any other supps to watch out for with accutane?

What good supps are there out there that would be safe?

Virtually anything that plays with hormones will play with your blood lipids.

M1T is no longer just a supplement, but an illegal item.

I got so bad I could nearly not drive after my workouts, I had to take a few days off of training and lower my dose significantly. It depends on the person, how much they use, and so on. I had gone up to 100mg a day which had pretty nasty sides for me, 20-40mg a day and long term use gave me no problems. I have no idea how much this person is using or what their experience is so far.

One person was on 160mg a day with no noticeable side effects, I would have been bleeding out of every orrifice at that level, and I too had problems with my eyes for awhile (I wear contacts).

Accutane can cause major disruption to the intestines/bowel etc. Ulcerative colitus can occur in people, especially for those prone to it through genetic heredetry. I know it's only a n extreme case, but the colon ( large intestine/gut) can become so inflammed an ulcerated, surgery to remove it can be an only option of drugs don't cure it, which means you'll have a bag strapped to your stomach for the rest of your days.
