I have been training for a while now, and I think my recent lack of mass might be my diet. I have a meal plan so I need to use the school food and i'll lay out the basic diet. I am 195 with around 10-11 bf. Is this enough?

Meal 1: Honey bunches of oats, 2% milk (I know it could be better but it's quick and easy before class

Workout

Meal 2: Protein Bar 32g protein and I don't know the rest of the stats

Class

Meal 3: Chicken Breast, Sweet Potatoes, and A vegetable, mostly broccoli.

Class

Meal 4: Whole Wheat Pasta (A big serving)

Meal 5: Cafeteria food, A protein (steak or chicken), carbs (mashed potato or some other carb) fruit, and a vegetable

Meal 6: Peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat bread
(I can replace this with a shake, oats pb and whey with milk)

Is this the reason I am not gaining?

In a simple answer yes.

Measure it out and check the macros and cals. Will probably be an eye opener.

Wow, I got around 2400, and I need around 3500. I will put that shake which is around 800 cals in at the end, what else would you recommend throwing in. My current assets in food here are olive oil, tuna, chicken breast, some stir fry veggies, oats, and whole wheat pasta. I do need to have two meal plan meals, and those are the best health wise out there. Any recommendation besides the weight gainer shake?

Personally I think the weight gainers are shit.

Use what you have listed to complete some of the meals.

Meal 1: Honey bunches of oats, 2% milk (I know it could be better but it's quick and easy before class. Horrible Meal to start off the day. Consists of overprocessed carbs and very little protein

Workout

Meal 2: Protein Bar 32g protein and I don't know the rest of the stats Once in a while these are ok, but for the most part are filled with garbage.

Class

Meal 3: Chicken Breast, Sweet Potatoes, and A vegetable, mostly broccoli.

Class

Meal 4: Whole Wheat Pasta (A big serving) Lacking protein, and EFA's

Meal 5: Cafeteria food, A protein (steak or chicken), carbs (mashed potato or some other carb) fruit, and a vegetable

Meal 6: Peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat bread Yes please replace this meal.
(I can replace this with a shake, oats pb and whey with milk)
