Is my routine OK?

Hey guys I have just started doing weights, I am only 2 weeks old in the lifting world :spaz:. I was wondering if you could tell me if my routine is ok?

Every day:
-Weight bench 6 sets of 10 reps (45kg)
- Dumbbell 6 sets of 10 reps (17.5kg)
- Protein shake in stead of breakfast and dinner ( just eat at tea and supper, but I take a multi-vitamin in morning also )
- Sit ups - 100 each day.

Will I see progess if I keep this up? should I lift more? I can lift 50kg 7-8 times instead? I just want a toned chest/abs/arms

I am 23, Male, 14 stone

your schedule assumes quite apt as per your description here .. along with your hard work in gym .. you know if you are taking enough rest.. it also helps in turning the effect right for your physique...
