is protein and dumbells really enough.

I have been training about 2 years now.

I eat 150grams protein per day up from 5o grams before bodybuilding.

I workout 2-3 times with free weights and body weight/compound exercises.

I have only gained about 10pounds of muscle in 2 years.

I dont take steriods and i dont do barbells.
 
Lot's of questions could be asked about this post.

1. Age?
2. Height & weight
3. What is your complete macro (maybe describe your meals you have in a typical day) (I feel that you are not eating enough here)
4. Why don't you do barbells?
5. Why post this in the Steroid forum?

3. What is your complete macro (i eat Loads 300g carbs, 150g protein,50g fats)
4. Why don't you do barbells? Starting next week, gyms dont allow to lift weights so i need to buy them and use them at home.

I was talking about the use of steriods. People think they should be used just like suppslements.

just what do you want? you've admitted you dont lift heavy so yeah you wont gain shit. even with roids

I've never used and never will use steroids, but I've been reading quite a lot on here on how to improve my workout. The title simply says its a training forum. Is this information useless without the use of steroids? :P
 
honestly, it would be tough to get as big and strong as genetically possible with DBs only. You need to squat and dead...you just have to.

this was in the steroid forum, it was moved. doesnt matter where it is, the OP doesnt seem interested in really lifting heavy so why bother.
