I do not think the loading phase is neccesary, but it will saturate your muscle faster. All I reccomend is taking the creatine with a high glycemic carb such as grape juice or gatorade.
I have a theory about creatine- that it is only effective in people deficient in it (jee imagine that). Some people say they get great gains of strength and mass, but I have never experianced that except for the water retention (which is sorta nice since you do get bigger pumps). So basically if your thinking about buying more creatine after the 2lb since nothing really happened I would just give it a rest and spend the money on protein which is the best supplement ever.
I would be interested in seeing what sort of effect creatine has on you. Can you keep use updated with your strength and stats.
p.s. when I take creatine I usually take it first thing in the morning (about 5g) before I eat I pour a good amount of pure raw sugar into a cup and then add the creatine swirl it until it becomes almost drinkable then chug it since its not very nice (the way I make it its sorta like a grainy syrup). I dont load (maybe thats why it doesnt give me gains?) but within two days my pumps are bigger and last longer and I start gaining weight (which I lose after two days of the creatine).
thanx a lot guys for the help here and ice if i bought these 2lbs tub i would inform u with my gains but the problem is that i am thinking of either buying something else or waiting and then buying a bigger tub...
