You lack a signifiacnt amount of fat in your diet. Fat does not make you fat. This is a myth that simply won't die. Fat is necessary for various chemical reactions in your body.

You should be eating immediately after waking up in the morning. You need to get your blood sugar levels up and get your metabolism going again. The first thing I do when I get up is eat breakfast, bar none.

You need to be eating after 7PM. You're allowing your metabolism to stay slowed down for too long by fasting from 7PM until noon the next day! I eat within 30 minutes of going to sleep every night. Be reasonable, but make sure you have something in you for the fast coming up when you goto sleep. On top of this, nutrient partitioning will improve if you spread out your intake of food throughout the day.

It seems to me like you are eating way too few calories. I don't know your activity levels, but unless you are an 80 year old man who is bed ridden and has a severe thyroid problem, then you probably need to be eating a lot more than that to lose weight and keep it off. Your metabolism is going to go down the shitter on a diet that low in calories.

Go read the sticky that Jodi put together on building a healthy diet conducive to achieving your goals. Come back and repost what you have with more information: total calories, macro breakdown, etc.

?? Did you read the posts I linked you to in your thread here?

Because it doesn't look like it....

Firstly - it is really not enough food
Secondly - there are no healthy fats
Thirdly - there are

Add some green vegetables here - LOTS of green vegetables! I would also add some healthy fats too (some olive oil or avocado).

1pm - 1 scoop whey, 1c skim milk
Ok - this is fine for 30 mins before cardio. Alternatively you could take out the milk here and have a banana instead.

1:30-2:30pm Cardio

3pm- 1 scoop whey, 1c skim milk
This is fine. You could also add some banana and/or some oats too to increase the carb content.

Would this also be the time when you did your weight training?

5pm - 1 sf/ff yogurt, 1/2 grapefruit
Add some more protein - like 0.5 cups cottage cheese and some healthy fats (like some walnuts). You could also add some vegetables here (eg: celery).

7pm - 1/2c brown rice, 2 serv. brussel sprouts, 1 pk tuna
This looks pretty good - I would add some healthy fats.

Yes - if you are up as late as you say you are then you would be fine having some cottage cheese and a little healthy fats here.
