Is this ok?
Im 23 y/o 5'1 186lbs obviously trying to lose pounds!
Wake up 11 am ( I work till midnight dont go to bed till 3am usually, so my days a little behind the 9-5 folks)
12 noon - 1 broiled chicken breast , cup of carrots, cup green tea
1pm - 1 scoop whey, 1c skim milk
1:30-2:30pm Cardio
3pm- 1 scoop whey, 1c skim milk
5pm - 1 sf/ff yogurt, 1/2 grapefruit
7pm - 1/2c brown rice, 2 serv. brussel sprouts, 1 pk tuna
Am i missing anything? Is it ok to have a snack of 1% cottage around 10pm? If im hungry, untill i get used to this no junk food thing?? Ahhhh!!!! My body is about to go through junk food withdrawl!
