ok im knew to the whole supplement thing so ive been trying to do some research on different ones but alot of the stuff is a couple pages longer so i dont read all of it cuz i hate reading so dont make fun if this sucks ok well the supplements im thinking of getting are ZMA, CEE, Superdrol, No-Xplode, a multi, fish oil pills, b vitamins, and maybe a estrogen blocker does that sound good it seems like its too much o yea and protien stuff thanx for the help
