Hey guys. I tend to workout heavy with low reps and I was wonderin if it is enough or should I try another workout.
Ex - Chest / tricep day
Bench - 5sets 4-6 reps (heavy as I can go to get the reps in that range pushing 100% each set)
Dumbell Flys - same reps/effort as bench
Dips - same (bodyweight + added weight to only accomplish the rep range I am shootin for)
tricep pull down - same as all
Well thats it. The workout takes me around 45min to an hour (2min between sets) and it is the same for back, legs, shoulders, and an arm day. Only 3-4 core lifts per workout, heavy with max effort into every set.
Should I do something diffrent or try another workout plan. I want to actually something else but I have allways trained like this. (It works for me but I dont know if it is hampering my gains) Thanks for the input guys
