i worked on a carb cycling program to meet my need, and i need to know if it's ok.... it's for cutting....

Monday: weights training
low carb day

Tuesday: weights training (legs)
high carb day

Wednesday: weights training
low carb day

Thursday: off
no carb day

Friday: weights training
low carb day

Saturday: weights training
high carb day

Sunday: off
no carb day

is this a good combination.... thank you

are you doing any cardio? just wondering.
 
ah thank you.... i'm happy..... and yes i do cardio... 2-3 times a week
ok now regarding my program above, if i change the wednesday to off and no carb day and change the thusrday to weights and low carb day... is that still a good program

Firstly - I would drop the cycling idea. Read my reply: here.

Secondly - unless you are training very small muscle groups I would be cautious about doing 3 weight training days in a row - especially if the first two are low carb days following a no carb day....
