Screw subway. i make my own wraps!
1 whole wheat tortilla
3 oz chicken breast (marinated in lime juice and lemon pepper)
1 tablespoon honey mustard
1 handfull of lettuce
30 grams of protein
28 grams of carbs
2 grams of sugar
5 grams of fiber
1 gram of fat
optional: subsitute 1 1/2 oz of chicken and add 1/2 cup egg beaters (cook of course) and you will have a breakfast burrito.
