I weigh 232 right now 5'10. I want to get down to 200. I havent taken anything in along time, years... I have been working out consistantly for 1 year now. I just started a month ago doing 3ius of HGH and 30mg of Anavar. My diet is pretty good and I upped my cardio from 3 to 6 days a week when I started the growth. I do 30 minutes a day. What do you recommend I do. I dont want to get bigger. I just want to lean out and lose weight. I have seen my body transforming since the growth and been getting leaner but not really losing any weight. I have been out of the game since retabolil so just getting back on the sites now and wanted to see some people's opinions. Thanks

1500-1750 calories a day eating nothing but chicken, veggies and some carbs in the afternoon.

i figure its going to take a little time. I got a desk job years back and put on some bad weight so just about a year ago started working out again. I know it will take some time to drop it off. I was 250 at one point and before I started the GH and anavar I was 222. I am going to up my cardio from 30 mins to 45 mins a day. I plan to do the GH for 6+ months but was just curious if anyone had some advice or something that worked for them that I should try to help drop some weight. Thanks

Diet and cardio are key. If anything jump on a eca stack. . You can get ephedrine from just about any pharmacy just ask for bronkaid. IT contains 25mg of eph .

diet and cardio, maybe a low dose of test since you're already runnin var

If you are getting leaner but not losing weight then you are adding muscle while losing fat. That's the Holy Grail. Don't be in a rush! If it comes off too fast you will just put it back on. Train hard and dial in your diet. Figure out your lean body weight and eat at least that much in grams of protein. Don't skimp on the fat. Carbs is where you play around. If each week you are losing don't change anything. Like I said don't rush it.
