It feels good to get back in the gym and getting more knowledge from this site, I am a long time lurker.......I had to stop going to the gym to take care of the newborn and taking my daughter to school. And boy that year away i just blew up. Now everything back in place and i have to start back from the bottom.

I have been lifting since the cybergentics days in high school, lol!! I got 16 years under my belt but now im ready to take it to the next level.

A question i am a few months away from my first real gear cycle. I have tried PH/DS in the past from SD/SPAWN but im trying to learn about the dosing of Vials can somebody lead me to a thread that breaks down the science on dosing and readings of the vials, I am studying Heavy Iron first Cycle thread AND im going to study more and do more research.
