Ok, so Im trying to spread my fats out evenly througout the day on my off days, And i dont want to have like a tbsp of pb at each meal, I want some variety, so far im using olive oil, almonds, almond butter, whole eggs, and natty pb as my fat sources... question is, is it ok to have my whole days serving of fish oil in one meal? ie 6 or more caps? Or should they be spread more evenly throughout the day?
