Only when I get pics of you in as little clothing as possible.

I eat whatever Jen cooks so I don't eat bad. Maybe some ramen noodles every now and then but I hardly have a sweet tooth. I like real food!
 
pls clue her in on some of the recipes I've posted here and there...the turkey sausage caserole one is the best and all four of my kids eat it with ZERO complaint.

Jen, I realize your concern and you may eat whatever you wish provided you follow the two rules outlined...BUT I also am a pretty big fan of intermittent fasting ..hence the bcaa's..good quality and good tasting bcaa's are KEY to surviving serious workouts
I won't set you up for failure..promise

What did you and Mr. use to make your videos with music and everything?!

We used an app that we downloaded on the macbook pro but i forgot which one it was. We have edited a good bit of videos and have used plenty of different editing programs so im sure you can just pick any thing :winkfinger:

i seen one of yours and it was real professional. we will see how it works out. we go to Planet Fitness cause its about 10 minutes away from home. i don't know how they'll feel about us recording so we will see. maybe rob can be nonchalant once in his life and not make a big seen so no one will know!

Pushups 2x12
Flat Bench 3x3 135, 1x1 145, 1x1 155 this whole lift was all screwed up but I pushed as much as I could.
Cable Curls (reverse, normal, close and wide Grips) total 4x10 35
Seated Incline Curls 2x10 20, 1x10 35
Close Grip Hangs 3 sets to failure
Standing Straight Bar Curl 3x10 40
30 min on elliptical
Various Pullups 5x10 -40lbs assisted
*Feeling like crap but I've been up since 11:30 yesterday so, I'm going to bed! Waking up and doing legs before I go back to work, stay tuned;)

so you are going to powerlift? why do bodybuilding on every lift but bench?

We are trying to establish a true 1-5 rep max so we can go off of that to set out her rep weight. It seems like she works with the rep weight way to easy and she is hardly ever sore. This could be the anavar.

Every week it seems like she has added 10-15lbs to her 1rm and she has been training very hard and consistent for over a year. It's pretty remarkable that she is going up so fast with get upper body strength. I haven't seen such rapid gains!

Eventually, we will have to settle in with a number but with her upward variance and ease of repetition with rep weight, she is making it quite hard.
 
just keep in mind....pro body builders aren't bigger because they are stronger (though in most cases they are)....pro bodybuilders are bigger because they have much stronger muscle contractions... meaning quality reps, feeling both the positive and then that slow negative.....but shit what do I know....6ft whatever 255 15 % fat is way bigger than ill ever be

Well I'm inbetween 18-20% now and 6'4 and almost 265.

KOS, we really appreciate your input bro. I don't know everything, Jen doesn't know everything and we are here to share and learn. Please share your ideas with us and know we do appreciate it.

only disagreement with dorian in that vid is that failure at any rep range will generate growth...and then there are studies saying its not even needed ....that maximum stimulation occurs like 5 reps before failure....head starts spinning trying to weed thru things....but a good point would be if you asked most pros what there max is, they would say....and I quote..." I have no idea and I don't care"

I agree with that completely. Max here is for log the logs sake but with the way things are going I think we are just going to have to watch her grow. I haven't maxed or came close to maxing on 6-8 months. I completely agree with you. To be honest, the guys who max all the time annoy the shit out of me unless they are power lifters.

A bodybuilder only needs to look at his size and vascularity and feel the weight get lighter to know he is growing in strength and size.
