Today is the official start of my comeback. I will be logging my workouts, macros, gear use, and post progress pics every 2 weeks. Feel free to follow my journey back to greatness

Food:
I am not tracking my diet specifically yet, just making sure I eat more, have a shake after working out, and a shake before bed every night. I am going to start trackng calories and protein intake

Lifting routine:
I don't work specific muscle groups like a BB does. I train for strength, so I work on motions. My workout routine will be as follows;

Monday- Upper body pushing and pressing motions

Wednesday- Legs

Fri - Upper body pulling motion

Every 2 weeks I will add a day specifically for deadlifting

AAS use:

1G Test-E ew
600mg Deca ew
600mg Mast-E ew

Dosed every 6 days.

I've been back in the gym the last 2 weeks. I haven't really followed and routine yet, I was just getting my body used to lifting again.

Results of 2 weeks of eating more, and hitting the gym. My lifts have doubled {my first week pathetic though), and I am up 15lbs bodyweight.

Here is day 1 compared to 2 weeks later. Day 1 in what happens when you don't lift for 2 years. NEVER AGAIN! I fell in love with the iron all over again, and I feel great.

Workout today: (I had an hour. But still got a pretty good set in.)
Upper Body Pulling Motions:


Cable Pulldowns 140# 3X10
Single handed Seated Rows 70# 3X10
Bent Over DB Rows 60# 3x10
Assisted pullups 5X5
BarBell Shrugs 135 2X15
DB Shurgs #45 3X10


All sets also have a couple warm up sets, and at the end I drop to 60% for a burn out set.

Legs today:


Squats, ass to grass, and got a whopping 3x10 at 135....lol. it's laughable how pathetic my legs have gotten. And they've always taken the longest to strengthen. So we'll see how this goes.

Leg press 225# 3-10

Calf Raises 90lbs+partial BW

Farmers walk 70# 100m

400lb tire flip for 50 ft

One set on the tire flip and i felt like i was gonna die, so i called it good there. Good workout, i pushed myself. Now off to eat, got steak and pasta waiting on me.
 
Pressing motions this morning.

BB Overhead press 115# 3X10
45# Plate shoulder rotations 3x10 sets each direction
Cable flys 120# 3x10
Dips 5x6 ( I can't believe I suck at dips now, I used to chain weight cause they were too easy...)

Tire Throw - The tire I used is one off the front end of a friends tractor. I'm guessing around 30-35lbs. Worked on keg toss style throws, and pivot throws.


Solid workout - felt good the whole time
 
Welcome Back to the IRON!!!! I have been out for 1.5 years because of back issues, but I am trying to get myself motivated now because I feel I am physically about their.....Keep it up bro....Will follow..
 
How is your quality of life on 1g? Whenever I hit those digits the quality of life declines for me...

What is your overall feedback so far with their products? How's pip?

​I was going to ask a similar question. 1g is a lot especially with a somewhat high bf%. I'd bet he could get in great shape just using 500mg/week...but let's see how he does here!

As I get older I notice I don't need as much (sides to to be an issue but that's a different topic). 250mg-500mg is all I need, 250 is mainly my go-to dose,and my other compounds are my work horse. Depending on the quality of the lab, I can achieve some respectable bloods at 250 alone, anymore the quality of life begins to slip away.

If people put half as much effort into their diet compared to what they apply into their compounds, they will realize that they only need a fraction of what they use, and they'll begin to see that diet is where it's all at..
 
No disrespect Jerbear but 1g is just too much to start out with on a comeback. In my opinion, 250mg would be a good starting point while diet gets in check. Once diet is dialed in, its great to add a low dose TBol,Dbol or if you choose add a moderate dose of Var.

AAS and poor diet and nutrition is simply asking for long term issues.

I'm only trying to help.

how does bf and the dose of gear affect eachother? jw true question here. i rarely run test that high ive gotten great results cruising at 200mg weekly before

The more bf you have, the higher the rate of e2 conversion. So running a gram of gear with high bf will make it very difficult to manage estradiol.
