I am considering adding joint support supplement to my daily supplements,

The 2 product's I am looking at are combination of Glucosamine + Chondroition. But the ratio of Glucosamine : Chondroition is different, So I was wondering if any one would help me decide which one is better.

I have noisy joints, so i just want to start this as a prevention plus weight lifting puts added stress on joints.

Option 1 Combination of, (Price :- $25 for 30 Tabs)

GLUCOSAMINE 750 mg
CHONDROITIN 600 mg

Option 2 Combination of, (Price :- $15.75 for 30 Tabs)

GLUCOSAMINE 750 mg
CHONDROITIN 100 mg
MSM 250 mg
Vitamine D3 200IU
Vitamine E Acetate 12.5 mg
Vitamine C 37.5 mg
Sodium Selenite 70 mcg
Zinc 4 mg

Price wise option 2 is good but only 100 mg CHONDROITIN but added MSM.

Which one is better?

Actually in the past when I started creatine & went overboard with weights I had joint pain, that time I tried option 2 for around 2 months and it definetly helped me but later I dropped it form my daily supplements, but as we all know prevention is better than cure & I want to start the joint support again & continue it.

Option C.

Go to Costco, get bigass jar for 20$.

nhaaa... Can't do option C, No Costco in my country.

I might be able to get CytoSports Joint Matrix, but I don't know the composition of it.

Have you considered Cissus? Check out their cissus studies

Here's the Cytosport matrix label:

No clue on what half of that does, but they also have a bunch of studies on glucosamine. Looks like glucosamine sulfate is good for many people, but not all.

Hey check out my signature. Flexcin is a product that I swear by! It has the typical joint pain stuff, but also has CM8 which is what separates it from the rest! I took the product cause I screwed myself with NSAID's, you can read my story about it there as well. As I read your post i'd forgotten how I use to have noisy joints as well, but that seems to be gone now. When you say noisy you mean clicking or like that rubbing noise? I used to have that rubbing noise, but can't say that I've had it for months.

Good luck either way!

Ive never had great with the above supps for joint support. Cissus and large doses of fish oil (in the 15g range) and 2000mg of vitamin C and 800iu of vitamin E. For flareups, I'd seriously recommend Aleve.

I don't think one can use Aleve for long term, but GLUCOSAMINE +CHONDROITIN +MSM is a "Supplement" which actually helps in the process of building cartilage.

Plus Aleve is a " nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug" which IMO should not be used as supplement.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
Agreed :)

anyway, I think fish oil is the number one reason that my joints just dont hurt any longer.

Google any ailment on fish oil and it will come back with thousands of incredible findings about the wonders of it all.

I already do fish oil....

youre a smart man nkira. It's great stuff. Have you also looked into the krill oil thats out now? I dont know much about it, but I plan on using after I get into my next bulk PH cycle. 15g of caps in fish oil is a lot of burping.

:D Thanks, I don't get krill over here (fish or the oil).

Try ON's Enteric Coated Fish Oil Softgels.....you wont burp.

Oh and it's on sale at ON's website, 15% OFF, Grab it if you can.

Concentrated....hmmm..... I remember SANN selling Triple Strength fish oil caps. Serving size was ONLY 1 cap/Day.

I'll try to dig it up.......

Prince...Thats great news. It seems you are holding many cards under the table (In a good way) :)

KRILL IS 48X!!!!:eek::eek: WOW!!! Wonder what would be daily serving size.

Compared to that i guess fish oil loses the title then?

What about price?

Yeah man ALEVE is bad news if you abuse it! Gave me leaky gut and brought about a whole slew of crap. If you can avoid it long term i would. Never tried the krill.

See? Always do research before trying anything. Referring to IMF is best option.

That is GREAT price!! Beats the hell out of everything else... Man I just hate that I can't get it here :( Only for that I envy u ;)

You rule Prince... I guess "The One & Only"

1gram daily, around $20 for 30 1gram servings.
