Anyone know of any good oness??? Thinking about getting labrada nutrition elasti joint....

Not sure if this product helps support joints or not but I use OT. It works well for me and seems to support a lot of different things. Not sure what else it supports but it could help joints as well. Let me know what you decide on I would be interested to see what you have chosen. Good luck bro

Species used to put out an awesome one called arthrolize. But I haven't had issues for awhile so haven't used it. Even though I should probably stay on it!!!

I went with iforce joint help gonna see if its any good.. if its not all that I will def try the controlled labs Orange triad

cissus, glucosamine, and fish oil. If on cycle make sure estradiol is not too low.

Glucosamine works well with me. I enjoy it and take it daily. I really have to say that it works extremely well for me. I would also like to add that I think building muscle helps with joints too. What program are you using currently to build muscle? How does your diet and nutrition look right now?

never knew fish oil could be used for joint support. I take it daily and it works well for a clear mind and body. I will note this for the future. I think it's great that its good for this type of support also. What is your stack?

I take ON fish oil( enteric coated) 6 grams, 2 grams of extended release vit c tabs, true medic brand msm, and 3200 mg of super cissus rx from usp labs daily. I used to get tendonitis flare ups regularly but i started researching jount supps and since ud taken glucosamine/ cond. Supps before with little to no relief i kind of came up with this on my own. The brands are just my personal choice im sure others work well too.

Btw i haven't had to get an injection for tendonitis in 3 yrs now. The cissus and msm are what i believe provides the majority of the anti-inflamatory benefit, the fish oil helps some too but it and the C are mainly support substances( both have some positive correlation with improvement in joint issues, mainly osteo arthritis. Hope this helps.

Animal Flex works well for me. A bit pricey and a lot of pills to take, but it gets my joints feeling great. And of course my daily servings of Fish Oil.

Animal Flex would be a good product to start with because it has Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM plus flaxseed and some herbs to help with inflammation. Worth giving it a try.

Get the MSM without the binders and crap (just the pure powder stuff), it is more readily absorbed. Fish oil helps with the joint inflammation as already mentioned.

I use the liquid pure medica brand msm. No filler and get better results from a much lower dose than caps or powders ive used. Tastes like absolute ass though. Guess nothings perfect.

Best Joint support supplement I've used is Blue Ice Skate Liver Oil. I know it sounds weird and you've probably never heard of it. But I've been taking it for about a month now and seen great results. I have absolutely no joint pain anymore. Other results I've seen are that I haven't been sick or even had clogged sinuses since taken them. Reason being it's a natural anti-biotic as well. Plus I'm much clearer minded. And I have vivid dreams I noticed. It's worth a try and they're pretty cheap.

Hi All,

Flex Protex and Flex Protex D is the best supplements for joint pain. If you know more about it you may follow this site.

^^THIS^^ Brand I use is Tri-Flex, it has Glucosomine, Chondroitin, and MSM in it. It also has hyaluronic acid and vitamin C which also helps cushion joints.
