Where exactly is the pain?
That's about the time I take off, how often do you bench during the week?KEFE said:Almost all joints and the last time i took off was over 3 months ago
I bench every 4 days or somin0 lee said:That's about the time I take off, how often do you bench during the week?
I usually take 2 days a week offTrouble said:Three months...without any rest days at all??
No, can't be the case. That would be severe overtraining to be sure, glucocorticoid receptor hell in joints-connective tissue-muscle, possibly stunting bone growth, and playing havoc with brain development too.
Now, how many days each week did you take off from strength and cardio training, Kefe?
Well here is another thing i did cardio for the first time this week and i already had low bf.And yes i am 12Trouble said:You appear to be between the age of 12-14, by photograph. I'm thinking you might have training stress issues on connective tissue. Will your parents pop for supplements for you? I want you to consider taking that Cissus.
You need to take two weeks off, pronto. If you got a Walmart nearby, purchase and start to use turmeric extract - 1 capsule with a meal.
Tomorrow morning, take your resting pulse and record it in your training journal. Report it here as well. You keep track of your height as well as weight?
If so, can you report changes over the last six months to a year?
You doing cardio on top of this training? If so, how many days per week? For how long?
How long does it take you to get thru your routine each day?

WHat kind of cardio did you do? Volume is a little high for someone your age, and if you are the little freak that I think you are in terms of anality of your diet during your off week, you could be dehydrated which wouldn't help matters. You need full recovery, and training 5 days a week is rather high for someone your age, I rarely do more than 4 unless I count speed/conditioning days.
