Jones admits to using "the clear"

So I have always heard that oral steroids are worthless; however Marion Jones just admitted to using "the clear" (THG) for 2 years by applying 2 drops under her tounge (Inside Bay Area - Jones admits using 'clear'. So the question is:

Do oral steriods really work or do you think she is lying to cover her tracks (no pun intended).

Would anyone ever do, or recommend to someone else, a dosage as random as "two drops" on what appears, based on her statement, to be a 2 year cycle.

Sounds crazy to me... I couldn't bring myself to do shots so any news about effective oral doses is particularily interesting.

If they didn't work they wouldn't still be used.

She is a woman, what is effective for her without causing virilization might not be what is required for effective dosing in a man, plus genetics always play a factor. I am quite sure she is naturally gifted as well as having used steroids.

The oral she was on must not have been 17aa....otherwise her liver would probably be shot. So don't get the idea you can do that with Dbol or Anadrol.

track is one of the dirtiest sports. She has incredible genetics and a gift for speed. She would never have gotten there with out drugs. I hate when people drop that bullshit on these athletes. Everyone seems to forget that Ben Johnson was a fucking Junior National Champion and being trained by Charlie Francis since the age of 15.....he was a great runner off and on drugs. Don't think that he was the only "dirt" one on the track that day. he was just the one who got caught.
