Alright, this is not my first cycle, but it is my first cycle being this long. I plan to run for 16 weeks. I am kick starting it with 30mg ED dbol for 4 weeks. I will run my sust, eq and test e the entire cycle. I got kind of excited and did my first shots today. I pulled 1ml test e, 1ml sust 250 and shot it in my butt cheek. A little bit of pip, but nothing crazy. I would imagine it was mainly from shooting so much in one shot. I have never done that much in one shot.

Breakfast today consisted of 10 whole eggs, 4 pancakes, 6 sausage patties and about two cups of whole milk. I feel great so far, super excited.

As far as my meal plans go, Today I have 2lbs of 85/15 geound meat mixed with two boxes of macaroni and a whole can of green beans. I know this is a little bit out of order, and I will fix it up when I get home. Currently I am on the jobsite.

As far as ground beef could you find 90/10 or 93/7? When I took 85/15 I got a moon face just after one day lol. Try to get leaner beef you can buy 90/10 in bulk but 93/7 is the most expensive and they dont have them in bulk. LMAO @ your breakfast of champions for your first meal on cycle

Hahaha thanks. I have a pretty damn good metabolism and diet with a higher fat content tend to do better for me. I am a construction worker, a licensed plumber to be exact. Working on a huge commercial job out in the Louisiana heat. So at this point, extra fat really helps me. I do not mind packing on some extra weight during the process. I qas not able to snap a picture of this mornings breakfast, one of my little ones was having nightmares, so I had to take care of that. My wife is on her pwriod and had a rough night, so I handled that yp like a good husband/father. Todays lunch is pretty lame, 3lbs of chicken cooked in some lemon juice, soy sauce and crystals hot sauce. Also 6 servings of mashed potatoes and a can of corn. I have class after work today, so I will post some pictures this evening. As well as fixing up my layout content on this log.
 
Ok, been away from a bit now. Had pre-exit exams at my school over the last week. Basically just making sure everyone is were they need to be this far into our classes. Work has been kicking my ass, but god I do love making $40/hour. The paychecks every Friday are just flat out amazing. I have been pinning the sust,eq @ 600mgs EW. The Eq is kicking my ass on the hunger side. At least that is what I assume it is. I am hungrier and hungrier every day. I eat a big ass meal and 20-30 minutes later I am hungry again. I have been getting around 6000 cals a day. Keeping my proteins and carbs high. I am going for roughly 300-350 proteins and carbs a day and around 75-100g of fat a day. With my job being as physical as it is, I need the extra fats to keep going.

Breakfast this morning was a 9oz steak, 4 whole eggs, 8 egg whites 6 links of sasuage and 2 cups of whole milk with some powered peanut butter mixed in for the extras. My strength is up already, I have found it easier and easier to squat 405 over the last week or two. Normally I would get about 2-3 reps at the peak of my squat routine. Now I am up to 5-6 after going with 135x20, 225x15, 315x10, 405x5 then I go back down until I hit 135 until failure. Recovery has not been a problem either, it is actually feeling like recovery has become easier.

A slight increase in libido since starting this cycle, nothing extreme yet. This picture I uploaded is a picture of me before I started the cycle. Right now I am about 210lbs at about 12% bf.
