Has anyone here gotten any signifcant results from jumping rope? :bounce:
 
Ya one time I tried a to do a cross and the jump rope whipped me in the face and left a mark on my left cheek.
 
jumping rope is my favorite cardio exercise (probably because i am too large to run w/o getting tired). it supposedly burns more cals then run: 10 min of rope = 30 min of running. nothing beats 5, 3 min. rounds...i'm having trouble keeping weight on.
 
You can't run but you can jump rope? Jumping rope is far more tiring for me.
 
i have a good rope, it makes it easier. plus, i have been jumping rope for awhile while the time i have clocked in running is significantly less.

Me, I'm keeping it simple and just doing about 10 minutes of straight rope jumping.
 
jumprope, omg someone else actually knows how good it is?!?!?

lol when i tell someone that i like to do jumprope for my cardio they look at me all funny and think im some stupid idiot.
