Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and im looking to get into all of this but have no idea where to start. I'm 24 and have been lifting steadily since I was 16 but have really started getting serious into bodybuilding over the last 4 years. I'm 5'9" and weigh 190. Lbs. Can any experienced people point me in the right direction on what to use/ how to use it and where to get from. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
