I recently started back up.
4 years ago I was using 1AD 1-Test-100 etc etc.
Just checking around again.
I'm not ready for juice at this point.
Just curious.

I just wanted you to check out the chart and see if it was reliable in terms to strength gains / keeping it etc etc
