Just Say NO To Bro Science!
What is ???Bro-Science???? What???s wrong with it? How does it cost you money? Why is it bad for the industry? I cover that and more in this vid!
Saying ???NO??? to Bro-Science saves you money and wasted time in the long run, and forces supplement companies (as well as companies making other scam BS junk connected to the fitness/health/BBing industry) to stop with the hype marketing based on Bro-Science and forces them to actually spend money on research. The Bro-Science stops with YOU!

Good video. :thumb: Should also post it in the Supplements forum.

If it weren't for bro-science where do you think the Arnold would be?
How about the Olympia?
How would forums be funded?

Seriously, if it weren't for supplement companies hyping up stuff that some work and some people generally don't need, making huge amounts of profits, spending those profits on advertising and floor space, sponsoring athletes, where would all this be?

But bro...
We would be saving a lot more money heh, tons of money is spent on bullshit supplementation that does not work.
Also, don't overlook there is credible, peer-reviewed, scientific evidence that many "supplements" do work. Creatine, many of the steroids, etc, all have peer-reviewed research in their corner which establishes that they do work.

However, there are also many things that we do or utilize that have no established credibility.

For example: "Bro, Anadrol works for me...it will work for you too!" = Bro Science
But: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?term=oxymetholone = Real Science. And look it does work ! Whoot!

I agree 100%.

Bottom line is we can only educate those who want to be educated. The rest are going to fall for the bullshit and keep paying for it.

I buy very little supplements but I do use them. Only what I need and when I need it.

Well thanks! heh
