i just started Gym not long ago, about 2 weeks now and enjoying it, i started it because i want to get my body into good shape not too muscly im not fussed..
I take protein for energy and Carinitine 500 to burn some excessive fat also,
My question was that sometimes when im doing some body work outs i dont sweat alot, i do get pretty hot just not much sweat, i work out hard and i can always feel my muscles working and a bit of pain after relaxing.. is it normal not to sweat or to sweat low but still get hot or anything.. does it mean anything
