Just started my first cycle of Sustanon 250

First off I apologize if I seem like I am clueless. Frankly I am. I had a guy I have done work with help me get some Sust 250 and get me started. I did my first injection (1CC of 250) 4 days ago and am set to do my second today. Is there anything else I should be doing at the same time? An estrogen blocker, etc? I am looking to lean up and gain lean mass. I really want to do this the right way and cut down on the negative side effects espescially manboobs since I have had that issue a good part of my life. I am not too concerned about cost as long as I am doing the right things. Can anyone give me a good honest mapping of how I should be doing thisfirst cycle, when I stop, what I should do at the end of my cycle and then what my next cycle would look like? Thanks. I understand everyone reacts differently and I may need to adjust one way or another but some solid experienced guidance/feedback would be greatly appreciated. The guy I got the gear from is not a big help.... I have been working out pretty consistently since I played football in Junior High and High School, while I was in the Army and now. I have always been decently strong but I have never been able to push past the point I have been at here for 5+ years. As I am getting older I find myself having to work harder and harder to get the results I am even just happy with rather than what I want.

As a side note, I am not up on a lot of the abbreviations and terms so please feel free to abbreviate and then explain what the abbreviation means. Thanks!

Weight: 194 Lbs
Height: 6'-0"
Body Fat %: ? I would guess around 25%-30% (Need to lean up)
 
You may want to consider stopping for now since youre only 1 pin in and do A LOT MORE RESEARCH. This is not sonething you can just take day by day you need to know a lot more about what youre doing to your body and what you need to do to recover.

Research these things untill your head explodes.

PCT (post cycle therapy)
AI (aromatose inhibitor)
Proper dosage of sustanon
Proper injection technique
Proper diet on and off cycle

You wont be perfect but at least youll be somewhat knowledgeable about what youre doing here.
 
Thanks for the suggestion. I have been doing a lot of reading for the past month or two before I started I am getting mixed recommendations on the PCT and AI. The dosage, injection technique and diet I have down. Just need some help with the first two on the list.
 
I have to agree with Big, stop and do your homework. On average, I think everyone on here reserached for several months to years before starting a cycle or even considering one I know I did and still learning. There are plenty of stickies on here for first cycle, things that you will need before starting, etc.
 
I gotta agree with the others posts... Stop and do your research. Honestly, the gear you got is highly likely fake. If you are injecting a fake that was not made and bottled in a sterile environment you will end up getting abscesses for one thing... If he can't tell you what you need to know, he probably doesn't know how to spot a fake...

On another note, you mentioned you had done some research on the things listed... If you had done enough research on diet, and applied that knowledge, you would be much leaner(not trying to be a Dick, just stating the obvious.... Some people learn from criticism, others blow it off... The ones that learn from it are far better off in the long run)

Keep researching, keep asking questions if you are unsure of something you read... But wait a while, til you have some concrete knowledge, and you are far more lean(aromatase enzymes are highly concentrated in fatty tissue)... You will make a lot more progress if you follow this, and the others, advice.

the first time I ever pinned AAS I was at that bf%...
I thought i knew about this stuff but i was wrong. I ended up getting even fatter and then i had no more acess to pct so i just messed myself up. I know you are even now older than me and I was 18 at that time, but I went back to the drawing board and researched about this stuff for 3 straight year. thousands of hours of research, I cut my bodyfat percentage in half and I was successfull with bodybuilding for a four or five more years until just recently I had my first son and kind of let myself go.
