Hi, my name is Zach, and i just started. I'm 26, and i've been to the Gym a totaly of 12 times as of this post, in my life, but those 12 times are over the past two and a half weeks, and i'm excited that i'm following through on what i've felt i shold do for a very long time.
I'm not wanting to get utterly huge, but who doesn't want to look better, like movie star good. I'm excited about the small changes taht i'm already seeing, and i'm also looking forward to applying some of hte knowledge that i've already learned here to increase those changes.
Alot of what i'll ask, i'm sure, is going to be very basic, so i want to apologize in advance
