I am sure people have told you, but the Virtual Posedown is extremely cool.....
Hadn't seen it, but growing up in the 80's with 70's and 80's bodybuilders, it's cool to see what they would look like alongside today's monsters...

I'm a huge fan of pro BB, even moreso of the Golden Age. There's even one where they try to photoshop Arnold in today's age if he had today's juice, training knowledge, dieting etc. it's pretty cool.

& I explained why I haven't posted pic's as my physique suffered a set back a year ago when I had radio active Iodine Treatment for my thyroid condition as I've suffered with hyper thyroid.

I lost 30lbs of lean body mass in 2000 from 225lbs with about %15 BF to a weak & burnt out 200lbs who couldn't even bench his own weight.

It had nothing to do with poor diet or lack of exercise as I was training intensely 5 days a week for football doing weights, sprints, wall climbing, plyometrics, swimming, & other speed drills along with eating 7-8 clean meals a day.

Do a google search on hyper thyroid, side effects & radio active Iodine treatment & you will see what I've been through.

I had the Radio Active Iodine Treatment.


So you can see it hasn't been easy having your physique periodically change over the course of 5yrs.

But my thyroid is generally normal & regulated so I'm able to get my physique back on track.


As for the imposter, I have a few ideas of who it maybe, but I'm not going to point fingers.

Personally when someone does something like this, it shows they have no life & nothing better to do with their time.

There are many ppl in the population who have thyroid conditions who don't even know they have it.

A blood test or thyroid scan is the only way to know for sure.

You are knew so that's why you don't know the whole history between myself & some of these other members.

All I will tell you is that all I ever did in the beginning was give advice & have it trashed by certain member. I didn't react for a long time until I got fed up & began to defend myself which is when the flamming wars began.

So you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover.
