Hi all,

What do you think of incorporating kick-boxing with weight training?

I'm looking for a little more activity, and just yesterday I went for a free workout consisting of cardio, push ups, punch and kick combinations, etc..

I'm trying to lose more fat, while still keeping my muscles hard with weight training..

What are your thoughts?

This would be a good idea, always do any and every physical activity you can, along with the weights. Not only will you stimulate the mind, but you will keep the body guessing.

And this will help with keeping you limber and flexible as well.:thumb:

It will help you to train your anaerobic/aerobic energy systems, as well as balance and body awareness. Why not do it? If you enjoy it, do it, it will only reap benefits.

I kickbox as well its great for keeping your body lean and burning calories....
